PPK breaks records: assets nearing PLN 50 billion
In April 2026, the net asset value of the Employee Capital Plans reached a record high of approximately PLN 49.77 billion, following a temporary dip in March to PLN 46.9 billion. This is the highest figure for the programme to date.
The latest data is that 342,700 PPK management agreements have been concluded. Participation in the scheme is at 60.1%, and the number of active accounts has reached 5.34 million (4.3 million active participants).
Participation in the scheme is growing in both the public and private sectors. It is highest in large businesses and the largest urban centres, where it is almost 90%.
