Over 1.5 million persons on contracts of mandate – continual trend of growth
At the end of the third quarter of 2025, over 1.5 million persons were working exclusively under civil law contracts, representing a 5.4% year-on-year increase and a 3.5% rise compared to the previous quarter.
Such cases are mainly concentrated in highly urbanized regions – Warsaw and Silesia – indicating a strong correlation between the structure of the labor market and the prevalence of civil law contracts.
