On February 26, there will be the first meeting in the series Unions with the Employer - What the Employer Must and Can Do When There are Labour Unions at His Employing Establishment. It will be led by Prof. UJ Dr. Marcin Wujczyk, Aatorney-at-Law, Partner, co-responsible for the the Employment practice and Przemysław Zając, Attorney-at-Law, from the Employment Practice.

- What kind of information can unions demand?
- What are the possible consequences of failing to provide the information requested by the unions?
- Can the employer obligate the union organization to keep the information he has provided confidential?

A webinar entitled Whistleblowers in the Workplace - Why It Is Important to Build Trust in Internal Whistleblowing and Irregularity Clarification Mechanisms will take place on September 11. A webinar on the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions in HR processes will be held on June 5.
Dr. Marcin Wujczyk, Dr. Szymon M. Kubiak and Karolina Romanowska and Natalia Galazka from the Employment Practice, will talk about what AI tools can facilitate the work of HR teams and what responsibilities should be taken into account when implementing AI solutions in HR processes, including employee recruitment and management, or how to process personal data of job candidates and employees when implementing AI solutions.

On June 3, there will be a conference on whistleblowers in the workplace; practical applications of the new law on the protection of whistleblowers.
At the conference, Dr. Marcin Wujczyk, co-responsible for the Labour Law Practice, will discuss along with Przemysław Zając the implementation of whistleblower laws in the workplace, and talk about practical problems and challenges.
